TPPT Sdn. Bhd. is a property development company which was established in 1990. Our
initial objective was to rehabilitate abandoned housing projects under the Projek
Perumahan Terbengkalai funds.
Since year 2002, TPPT has evolved into a property development company to provide
affordable houses for the purpose of promoting house ownership and upgrading the living
standards of the various target groups, particularly the low income groups.
We have successfully developed mix affordable housing projects involving more than 20,000
units of landed dwellings, stratified units and shop lots with a development value of RM2
Billion in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Johor and Sabah.
Our success in developing and completing the various type of dwellings and properties has
enhanced our reputation as a reputable and reliable property developer in the country.
